In June of 2020, I designed and led the New York City Division of Early Childhood Education's first Antiracism Community Meeting to collect staff perspectives that we are translating now into a long-term strategic plan for the organization. 

817 employees opted into the event. Half of these attendees opted into affinity groups. 92 volunteered to facilitate small group breakouts.

When asked how likely they'd be to recommend the event to a friend or colleague on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being extremely likely, participants' responses averaged at 8.8 out of 10.
