In fall of 2020, I joined the City University of New York (CUNY) as an adjunct instructor at Brooklyn College to teach a graduate organizational psychology and business course to 26 students at CUNY Brooklyn College titled "Managing Diversity in the Global Economy". This spring, I'm teaching a graduate psychology course titled "Gender in the Workplace."

In a recent peer observation, my work earned the highest rating—"exceeding expectations"based on criteria such as my knowledge of the subject matter and online professionalism. The observer noted that I "create[s] a very encouraging, engaging, and inclusive class environment. Clearly want[s] students to do well, not just in their final grade, but in their overall knowledge they gain from the course and their ability to apply this knowledge to the workplace."
